Able Dairies encourages all employees, workers and relevant external stakeholders, including contractors, visitors, suppliers, drivers, customers and neighbouring community / residents, to speak up if they see or experience something wrong, unfair, unsafe or unethical involving the Company.
Workers may report workplace grievance concerns, including worker welfare, harassment, discrimination, safety, health, poor treatment, pay or benefit concerns, work conditions, accommodation or facility-related issues, and unfair practices.
Employees, workers and relevant external stakeholders may also report concerns involving environment, fraud, bribery, corruption, conflict of interest, privacy breach, false information, unethical conduct, legal non-compliance or any breach of company policy.

HR / Admin / Immediate Supervisor / Guardhouse / Complaint Form

Reports will be recorded, reviewed and routed to the relevant responsible person or committee. Worker grievance matters will be handled by HR / Management, while bribery, corruption, fraud, unethical conduct or whistleblowing matters will be escalated to the ABAC Committee.
Reports made in good faith will be kept confidential as far as practicable. Retaliation, punishment, threat or unfair treatment against any person who raises a genuine concern is strictly not allowed.
